Grand Jury Representation
Even when you’ve done nothing wrong, a government investigation is unsettling. The hardest part is the uncertainty: not knowing what comes next. We represent individuals and businesses through that uncertainty, whether the inquiry comes from a federal grand jury, a state authority, or a regulatory agency such as CMS, FTC, SBA, OSHA, or EPA. These matters frequently move on more than one front at a time, and we coordinate both the criminal-defense and regulatory-compliance strategies. So nothing falls through the cracks.
We show the government why criminal charges aren’t warranted. And at the same time, we manage the investigative demands, like subpoena responses, document production, and witness preparation. For boards and executives, we advise on governance and compliance obligations — before they become liabilities. We also guide companies through internal investigations of suspected wrongdoing, whether it results in a declination, a negotiated outcome, or a trial.

We will not be proceeding with charges. You can tell your client you did great work on his behalf.
