Jennifer graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2009, where she received the Irvine E. Ungerman Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice after an acquittal in her first jury trial. After working as a prosecutor in the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office, Jenn transitioned to defense work at the Federal Public Defender’s Office. An experienced trial lawyer, when she’s not zealously defending her own clients, you can find Jenn mentoring younger defense attorneys and trying out new recipes (sometimes at the same time).
